Payment Schedule and Terms
Payment Schedule:
Monthly Payments: Monthly retained fee will be paid over the course of the 6-month contract
period as per the services taken for the month which will be provided in the monthly
invoices. The first installment is due one month from the contract start date, with subsequent
payments due on the same day of each following month.
Milestones:
To align payments with project milestones, the following specific conditions apply:
Methods of Payment:
Payments are to be made via Bank Transfer, Check, Online Payment Platform.
All payments should be made to M/s Digi Carotene Private Limited, details of which will be
provided in a separate communication.

Late Payments:
Failure to make payments within 15 days of the due date may result in the suspension of
services until the account is brought current.
Additional Services:
Any services requested by the Client that fall outside the scope of the services described will
be quoted separately and will require a written amendment to this contract, including
payment terms for such additional services.
Cancellation Policy:
Should either party wish to terminate the contract early, written notice must be provided 30
days in advance. In such an event, the Client will be responsible for payment of all services
rendered up to the date of termination.
Additional Charges
a. Extra Services
Any services outside the agreed-upon scope under this agreement, such as additional
campaigns, advanced analytics, or specialized content creation, will be charged
separately. These services will be provided only upon prior written approval from the
Client.
Photo Shoots for Branding
Apart from the regular social media Photo shoot services that are conducted, any other shoot
required will be charged as per the requirement.
Charges will depend on the nature and scale of the shoot, as determined by the Client’s
requirements and marketing goals.
A detailed cost estimate will be provided before proceeding with the shoot.

Note: The services outlined above represent the core offerings of Digi Carotene’s Digital
Marketing package. Should you require additional services not specifically mentioned in this
description, such services will be considered outside the scope of the standard package and
will be subject to additional charges. Digi Carotene is committed to providing flexible
