Video Editor
Job Summary:
Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Editing: Edit videos to include music, dialogue, graphics, and special effects.
- Post-Production: Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of final videos.
- Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback to refine edits and meet project deadlines.
- File Management: Manage and organize footage and other digital assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Video Production, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating editing skills and creative vision.
Preferred:
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of color grading and sound mixing techniques.
