Digi Carotene is a results-driven digital marketing agency specializing in social media management, content creation, and video marketing for brands across multiple industries. We are looking for a creative, energetic, and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator & Reels Specialist Intern who can learn, conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Stories, and Live videos) while assisting with social media efforts and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Reels & Short-Form Video Creation (On-Camera & Behind-the-Camera)

• Learn to plan, conceptualize, and execute engaging content, Reels & Stories that align with brand objectives.
• Appear on-camera in Reels and Stories to enhance audience engagement.
• Contribute creative content ideas including trends, challenges, Q&As, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Identify and recommend trending sounds, formats, and viral challenges.

Social Media Management & Coordination (Assisting Role)

• Assist in managing and scheduling content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for graphics, animations, and branding elements.
• Help craft compelling captions, hooks, and storytelling elements.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments and participating in trend discussions.

Performance Analysis & Learning

• Learn to track and analyze social media performance using Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports with insights and learnings.
• Participate in content brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions.

Qualifications:

• Students or freshers pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong interest in social media content creation and digital marketing.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Stories.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative mindset and willingness to appear on camera.
• Ability to learn, adapt, and work in a collaborative environment.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

➕ Experience with personal or academic content creation (Reels, Shorts, or TikTok).

➕ Knowledge of influencer collaborations or UGC content.

➕ Interest in learning about paid social media ads.

➕ Ability to brainstorm and script short-form video concepts.
