Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling qualified leads provided by the agency, ensuring successful closures, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, you will manage a team of sales interns, mentoring and guiding them to achieve their goals.
This position is ideal for a candidate with strong closing skills, excellent communication, and proven experience in managing a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Closure: Work on qualified leads provided by the agency to achieve successful sales closures.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversion rates.
Client Relationship: Build trust with potential clients, address their concerns, and close deals.
Team Management:
• Supervise and mentor sales interns, providing training and performance feedback.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a clear sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up on all leads.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, closures, and team achievements.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and managing teams.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.
• Sales Techniques: Expertise in negotiation, objection handling, and persuasive selling.
• Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
• Goal-Oriented: Self-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
