We are seeking a Social Media Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing content calendars, managing multiple clients’ social media accounts, and developing high-quality content that delivers results. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain content calendars tailored to client goals and brand identity.
- Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts, ensuring timely and effective posting across platforms.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video) that aligns with each client’s brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends and algorithms to optimize content for better engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to align content strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Actively engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation for clients.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Adapt to challenging situations, managing stress effectively while maintaining productivity and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong creative skills, with the ability to develop original and compelling content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
