Full Stack Web Developer

Role overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in web development, with expertise in creating and maintaining websites and web applications. Proficiency in WordPress development is highly preferred. The candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of problem-solving, and able to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Development:
- Develop, test, and deploy new web applications and websites.
- Maintain and update existing websites to ensure security, functionality, and performance.
Front-End Development:
- Design and optimize web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and compatible across all devices and browsers.
Back-End Development:
- Build and maintain server-side applications using technologies like PHP, Python, Ruby, or Node.js.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services into applications.
Database Management:
- Design and manage databases to ensure data security and integrity.
- Write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.
WordPress Development:
- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues.
- Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance of WordPress websites.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with designers, project managers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Testing and Debugging:
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs or performance issues.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all development processes and applications.
- Ensure clear and accessible documentation for team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in web development (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Proficiency in WordPress development (theme and plugin customization).
- Familiarity with server-side programming languages like PHP, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience in database management and writing optimized SQL queries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, React, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
- Exposure to APIs and integration with third-party services.
