Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Digital Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their digital marketing goals are achieved. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all digital marketing matters.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain frequent communication with clients regarding project updates, feedback, and new opportunities.

Digital Strategy & Implementation

  • Develop and execute tailored digital strategies to meet client-specific objectives.
  • Suggest, design, and implement digital campaigns aimed at improving customer ROI.
  • Present social media and content strategies to clients for approval and implementation.
  • Ensure optimized web content to enhance traffic and improve SEO rankings.

Project Management

  • Oversee the timely delivery of digital marketing projects.
  • Maintain detailed calendars and ensure on-time execution of campaigns.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates to both clients and internal teams.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Analyze and report on web performance metrics, social media engagement, and Google Ads results.
  • Evaluate the success of digital campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Trend Awareness

  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, technology, and tools to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager or as a Digital Marketing Executive, or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools, strategies, and social media platforms.
  • Experience in customer service and account management, with a focus on delivering high-quality client experiences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients effectively.
